Proof behind the words.
Every once in a while I have an inspiration to write and once I have it, I feel like it could never end. I am so glad I have a passion that no one could ever take away from me.
As I was watching the movie Burlesque it made me realize how much I adore women with talent and who go out there and make something of themselves. Everyone has potential for this world but so few grab ahold of it and run with it.
Life is about the choices you make. A person can say all they want, but it’s actually going out there and doing something that can really make an impact. Of course, the written word can have such an influence and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. But also you gotta have that proof behind your words.
I know I am far from perfection, we are all human, We cry, smile, laugh, breath, take things for granted, make a wrong turn, get lost along the way and enjoy the beautiful ride. But what makes it worthwhile is turning those mistakes into a lesson and running with it. Make something of your life as it is way to short to always be sad. Cherish the sadness as it makes the happiness possible. Without pain, people wouldn’t know what pleasure feels like.
